Standard delivery time within the U.S. is 5–10 business days after processing.

Eminent and Elevated is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We will assist customers with carrier claims to the best of our ability, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed.
We currently do not ship internationally. When we do, delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Customers will be responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their local government.
Eminent and Elevated is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
Packages refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address, failure to claim, or refusal of customs fees will not be refunded.
